As engineers, TRG provides detailed documentation of the underground storage tank removal work, which is archivable and useful for future real estate transaction. The documentation provides our Clients and regulators with a record that satisfactory work was performed.

As part of our tank services, TRG performs turnkey design, permitting, procurement and construction of underground and aboveground storage tanks at gasoline stations, car washes, and other fueling facilities. Our installations meet the latest construction requirements, including those that address corrosion resistance and vapor leakage. TRG installs state-of-the-art monitoring systems that meet the needs for regulatory compliance, confidence, accountability, and long-term reliability. We also provide turnkey assistance if contamination is encountered.

Also, our TRG team is experienced in finding and applying to funds that will help pay for the UST removal work. We provide applicant claim filing assistance, perform UST removal and post-removal work, and insure compliance to work towards closure. TRG has completed California Cleanup Fund applications for many clients. TRG stays current on legislative developments that provide opportunities or insights to help our Clients address environmental liabilities associated with real properties. Besides the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, the RUST (Replacing, Removing, or Upgrading Underground Storage Tanks) Program offers grants and loans to help small business UST owners and operators to meet federal and state requirements by removing, replacing, or upgrading USTs.
