Frank Kotch: Business Development Manager
Mr. Kotch actively engages with potential brownfield industry stakeholders, including attorneys, real estate brokers, developers, managers, and owners, along with the government agency regulators. TRG values his proficiency in acquiring and developing new environmental growth opportunities and plans of action with potential clients by outlining their financial capabilities, funding solutions, environmental technical conditions of their site, regulatory compliance challenges. He also provides recommendations for the next step to case closure.
The responsibility for the initial review and approval of “Request for Proposals” (RFP) for new business opportunities is handed to Mr. Kotch. He develops and maintains relationship with prime contractors, state, county, and city officials to successfully bid on State and Federal environmental contracts.
