In 1989, The Reynolds Group first worked for Real Estate Managers/Owners at the Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. Today, TRG provides environmental consulting and contracting services, covering millions of square feet commercial and industrial properties including, but not limited to, industrial complexes, major shopping malls, strip malls, one-off manufacturers, and commercial developments. We have assisted real estate managers and owners in evaluating and managing environmental hazards, quantifying environmental risks for financing, and have assessed or remediated many cases involving contamination.
Due Diligence Services
TRG has performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence during real estate transactions and financing. We have also aided the redevelopment of brownfields, which are real properties whose reuse may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of hazardous substances, metals, and organic compounds. TRG can manage environmental risks from different vantage points: cost, liability, and Human Health Risk (HHR). HHR Assessment compares existing contaminant levels to existing HHR standards to formulate mitigation measures, where appropriate.
We also provide litigation support and strategic advice to real estate developers, managers, and owners for challenging remediation projects. Our site specific and available methods to assess contamination during soil and groundwater investigations results in efficiency and accuracy. TRG’s remediation strategies and cost scenario evaluation experience add value to both sides of real estate transactions. We are a California licensed General and HazMat Contractor that performs “hard dollar” remediation, vapor intrusion mitigation, remediation system installations, and operations and maintenance (O&M).
