The Reynolds Group was initially hired by Apple Valley Unified School District to perform asbestos, lead, and mold inspections to comply with Federal Law mandating re-inspections every three years. As AVUSD began an intensive program of renovating and upgrading schools, TRG was engaged to coordinate with architects and contract managers the safe work around hazardous materials. In performing this work, TRG provided detailed assessments, estimated costs, and project specifications for conducting abatement or renovation work. TRG conducted job walks with contractors, assisted AVUSD in selecting contractors, and acted as owner representative during the contractor’s work. AVUSD also hired TRG to perform Real Estate Due Diligence during the time that the District was expanding. In addition, TRG provides consulting services on a variety of other matters, including fueling at the maintenance yard, permitting, and other environmental matters.
